The protagonist’s journey begins during a dangerous trip to Hogwarts with Professor Eleazar Fig, a mentor tasked with helping them navigate their unusual abilities. Along the way, the pair narrowly escape a dragon attack and are transported by a Portkey to ancient ruins. In this mysterious location, the protagonist discovers their unique connection to ancient magic, a force long thought to be lost. This discovery leads to a greater mystery involving the history of magic and the challenges that lie ahead.

Upon arriving at Hogwarts, the protagonist is sorted into one of the four houses: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff. Despite joining as a fifth-year, they quickly adapt to life at the school, attending classes in Potions, Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Herbology. The castle and its surroundings are filled with hidden rooms, magical puzzles, and lore waiting to be uncovered, providing the protagonist with endless opportunities to explore and grow their skills.

Meanwhile, the wizarding world is threatened by a rebellion led by Ranrok, a goblin determined to seize control of ancient magic and use it to challenge wizardkind. Ranrok’s rebellion is further fueled by his alliance with Victor Rookwood, a dark wizard with his own sinister goals. Together, their growing power poses a significant threat to both wizards and magical creatures, creating a dangerous conflict that the protagonist must confront.

Guided by Professor Fig, the protagonist begins unraveling the secrets of ancient magic.
